Great service the food is okay as well. I am not giving it a 5/5 because of 1 issue, during month end or the first few Saturdays of the month when it is full, I assume that the workers are under pressure to make sure they serve everyone but the problem is, the meat won’t be fully cooked I always have to overcook it when I get home. Please look on to this matter Kfc , as one of many customers I would rather wait a long period than to get food that’s not fully cooked, this is not healthy at all eating meat that’s not fully cooked especially chicken. Either than that, in the middle of the month the meat is great and I would give it a 5/5 but please try to solve the matter.
Self service machine works well and it's still new. The staff are friendly and very helpful.Food: 5/5
Their chicken on Friday night was disgusting. No taste, except grease. Paid for 10 Zinger wings and only 9 were put in the box. I'll never order from KFC Kriel again. I'd rather go hungry.

This was my worst KFC experience to say the least , i was trying out the slider promotion meal , there were no serviettes, no untensils not even a damn straw in the package . The sliders looked like what my nephew's would made in a hurry I was so disappointed and to top it all of I wasn't given a till slip , so I can't even lodge a formal complaint on the website. I was running late so I couldn't go back and ask for anything that wasn't packed initially.
Its a relatively good kfc. The food is great and service is sometimes very good. Only problem and its as BIG problem is that there is a lot of beggers standing around the kfc and constantly asking you for food. I would suggest that kfc use the r2 hope thing on the beggers. Its very uncomfortable for the customers because the beggers doesn't listen if you tell them no.

I can say it is very clean but they're meet Is very dry and it doesn't taste like KFC
Nice Branch A small town Drive through opt available Quite well and nice town with only one branch of KFC close to Kriel shoping mall And huge big parking available I always visit here for work at least once in a month
You feel unsave as the drive through is always pakked with people begging for money. You don't even want to roll down your window to place your order.
