Reading all the bad reviews, I’m reasonably impressed with hindsight- no complaints on our side: it was KFC as we know it…no culinary masterpieces but not bad once in a while. We did order in-store, which could suggest that some of the complaints are perhaps related to delivery channels.
I LOVE the staff here, the ladies are the best, always friendly. Thandi and your team, you are the best, you guys always make sure I get my THIGH and DRUMSTICK order, never once did you mess it up!!! Even when it's rush hour, the attitude is very accommodating in the drive thru, the instructions to park and have your oder delivered is always very kind and less hush than other areas.
Went to KFC website and typed in Homestead ave- good not find Bryanston branch, then typed in Bryanston still could not find Bryanston, then went to Google Maps and found it easy, dialed the contact number on Google Maps and it does not go to the branch, but to a call centre, the call centre can not connect me to the branch, I am driving and cannot write the number down, wow what difficulty in dealing with KFC and this branch.
I am stuck in the drive through, have to go back to work. Most meals that are on the screens are discontinued. Don't come here
Ordered more than an hour ago and still didnt receive our order. Customer care line placing us on hold.Food: 5/5
The KFC store was stinking of sewage. I didn't even place my order as soon as I stepped inside my partner and I decided it was unhygienic to order food in a place like this and left. This happened on 21/04/2023
I whose an option to get extra sweet chilli sauces to my meal for R7 extra on MrD. The amount in the bucket is literally less than a spoon! Really???Service: 2/5
L bought kfc earlier and I was hungry but it didn't end they gave me chips with full off cooking oil l the oil was not hot at all chips was cold and full of oil. L tried to eat cause l was hungry but l ended up vomiting all .
The kfc has a very wierd uncomfortable smell inside the store. I waited a while before ordering while the staff was chatting in the kitchen instead of communicating why there is a delay.
It's 0810 and the doors are still closed yet it says they open as from 7. The driveway is closed. I have no idea how how this business makes money with such ridiculous customer service, horrible customer service so to speak.... Unprofessional staff
