If wasn't the bad customer service the restaurant would have received 5 for me. The customer service was so bad it was as if they were held a gun against them so that they can work. But what I'm really happy about is the fact that the adhere to the Covid 19 regulations and the often clean the tables now and then. The restaurant was very clean. The speed of receiving your order is 100% The food is fresh and good just that I was happy with the new dunk crush meal, the way they have prepared it not up to KFC standards. But overall I'm happy.
Since loddshedding one has to wait about 30 to 45 mins for the shop to open. No communication from the staff. Bad attitude once you ask why it's not opened. I mean if we being loyal to you by waiting atleast give people an explanation as to why you aren't open yet. Please do get a generator I mean loadshedding is here to stay. Unless you are okay with losing money for 3hours Wheelchair accessibility: It is there but I doubt the staff knows how to treat people on wheelchairs

The service was very poor. We got a wrong order. We got our order from 3 Khanyo. The food caused everyone to have diarrhoea. The mush had an awful aftertaste. The burger was dry and had lack of healthy ingredients. The meat tasted rubbery and dry.

Their service is good all COVID-19 protocols were followed and the stuff was clean and dressed appropriately. They also have a personnel to sanitise customers. Their food was of a good quality
They've got my order wrong twice. The second time things were missing cause it was a big order. Always check your food after its been handed to you
I wanted to change what I ordered to some thing else before even paying or so they told me once u select a meal you can't change your mind? I was so surprised how because I was not even done placing the order? What are supervisors for ? At KFC if they cant void?
Nice place to be .... any were but very busy shopping center and good invirome . But they're renovating the mall
It's been four months buying here and never have I got any sauces from this KFC.. So disappointed
