Super happy with my purchase. Nico and Michelle were a great help, they assisted me very well even after a few hiccups. This is an outstanding brand that I would recommend to any one.
1. I phoned to make an appointment to service my 2023 Kia Sportage 15000km service and arranged for a shuttle. 2. When I arrived at the dealer they informed me that there is on space on the shuttle. We agreed that I will wait for the vehicle if they serviced it first. 3. While waiting I noticed 4 kia vehicles finished before me, but I decided to keep quiet and wait. 4. After waiting 6 hours they told me that they are unable to service my vehicle as they are waiting for an oil filter. 5. They said they will contact me within two business days to make arrangement to bring the vehicle back. 6. It is now a week without hearing anything back from them. I tried to email and phone, but no reply. Kia Klerksdorp, if you see this review, please contact me you should have my detail on your system. I will give you guys another 2 days before I take it up with Motus and Kia SA
The worst experience ever from parts to service... always has excuses and empty promises
Bad communication from staff to customers.
If you want bad services and no customer support this is the place to be. I have beed holding for more than an hour just to talk to someone worth talking to. It is as if there is only 2 people working there. I will never ever, recommend this place to my friends or someone I care about. If I can give less than zero stars I would have .
Very helpful and fruendly
Hello, My wife and I went to service our car at Kia Klersdorp... We were assisted by Mr Nel.. I must say he gave us the best service ever... Not only did he have time to show us what he did on the car but he went out of his way to show us how we should be charged because we told him about our experience in one of Kia branches .. Mr Nel you are the best
This the place where I normally go to service my Kia cerato. The staff is friendly, they provide courtesy car so that one can get along his business during the day. They wash your car after the service is complete free of charge.
Excellent service. Yoh!! I am the happiest
I can't recommend their workshop unfortunately. My car was sent there various times over a two year period for the same problem which still exists to this day with even more problems.
