I went there to fix an electrical fault and when I get there,I was told that in an hour the car will be ready but the car was ready in less than an hour. The service was excellent and timely,I am really happy with what I saw there.

Tsego E was incredibly unhelpful! There was an issue with Liquid Capital. Liquid Capital sent confirmation that the service was in fact approved but she never bothered to check her mail, even after we called multiple times to check with her! She stated she never received it. And when we go to collect our car at 12pm, that wasn't serviced, lo and behold, there is the email received at 11. At 12 o clock, they were already locked up to leave, even though they close at 1pm! Clearly the problem is they didn't WANT to do the service! And the "manager" on duty just stands there. Wish I'd bought a Chery instead. Atleast they don't have this issue.
Cheyenne Rajah llady from Kia service reception what a disaster I asked her in the morning when I dropped the car for service why she mentioned a R900 something charges ? I think is quite normal when you bring a car with a potential problem and for service to ask what one agrees to ? I repeated in the morning that the technician needs to check the handbrake is works properly and if is faulty. She told me short that this is the procedure. I went to sigh after her inspection and she said the papers aren't ready. I thought is better to leave and get my car checked and serviced in Menlyn. Than the manager came out we spoke o left the car to service and I came to collect as per instructions after 16h00. After over 30 min of waiting I went inside of the office and I asked this lady Chevy if we can conclude the payment. Mrs Chevy started in front of the existing clients tyo shout to me that i am rude and that she told her manager that she doesn't wanted to assist me since this morning. After over 6 years of going to Silverlakes Kia service I will not step through their door ever. I and 2 Kia cars both serviced there. Absolutely rude she turned her back to me ignoring me and shouting to me. If this is what we get with the service at Silverlakes because of an employee than rather skip this place. I went to the sale department manager as no manager was on duty anymore at 16h42 at the service department. I reported to him as well. Such receptionist should never work at the teller. Mrs Rajah old me over the phone to come in time as you are closing at 5pm. After ignoring me, after easily 30min , to starte screaming to me for a simple question this is absolutely unacceptable. You should be embarrassed of your attitude. And your place is definitely not at the reception working with customers. I left my car at service as this is extremely upsetting and I took a taxi in order to get back home. What a disgraceful attitude from Mrs. Rajah Since when you refuse a client based on your judgement if you like or don't like the client?
What an absolutely great experience. I traded my old vehicle in here. The support and service I received from this branch, particularly from Adri Alberts, was outstanding. She went beyond the extra mile to find the right replacement vehicle that I was looking for, and their whole team was open and willing to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend their used vehicles services. We'll done to the management and staff!
The warranty lady WOWWWW, what an attitude, No worries to assist or help, when i told her i was unhappy she tells me there is a lot of Kia dealers in SA, No wonder the dealers don't do business. Will never support this Dealer again, disgusting!

I took my Kia in for a service. There was 'n few things wrong with the paperwork from the salesperson's side who sold me the car that influenced whether my car was still under service plan or not. Gavin at the service desk spend so much tome sorting it out - He was absolutely amazing - it took so many calls from his side to sort it out and he did not relent until it was. I'm not use to getting great service from corporations any more and this was an exceptional great experience. THANK YOU GAVIN and well done KIA

After assessing my Kia Picanto, Kia Silverlakes informed me that they need to strip my gearbox for R5500, where after they would quote on repairs 2017 model with 57000kms on clock. I asked what assessments had been done and why they thought it was the gearbox. I was literally laughed at. Took my car elsewhere, turns out it was a clutch problem, not the gearbox. My car was fixed within a day. So disappointed. Will never go back.
