I couldn’t have wished for my fur baby to be better cared for during my holidays. Robbie is definitely a cat whisperer and I received lots of photos and updates on how my kitty was doing - it made it so much easier to be away from her. She seems to have had a little holiday herself - getting plenty of attention, cuddles and grooming. I was extremely anxious leaving her for the first time in an unfamiliar place but now I know I needn’t have worried. Thanks once again Robbie - you really have a gift!

It was our second time placing catto at Longcroft and as always they have been the best any cat parents could have ever asked for! Rothko was extremely well taken care of by Robbie - we were frequently updated with lovely pictures which all helped to keep our minds at ease while away from our baby. To Robbie: Thank you so so much for having him, our honeymoon could not have been so successful without your help xoxo

Robbie made our holiday so much more enjoyable by caring so well for our two young cats who had never stayed away from home before. He took time to understand the nature of our little ones, and was happy to answer my endless questions! The regular updates and photos really put our minds at rest - we could relax in the knowledge that our cats were being so well looked after - in clean and plush surroundings and clearly getting lots of attention. Robbie was a fantastic host to our gorgeous boy Sir Walter !! He kept us updated every day and sent us gorgeous photos. It was Walters first time leaving home and he ensured that Walter and I were at ease throughout our holiday, detailing every thing Walter did during the day. I would definitely recommended Norbury cat hotel and will use it again- thank you Robbie for looking after our little boy!!

I am so glad I was able to get a space for my boy at Longcroft. It was the first time I had been away since adopting him and was anxious about leaving him. I need not have worried. I was sent regular pictures and emails with updates on how my boy was getting on and this really help me to have a better holiday and relax. They really looked after him well and he got along famously. He enjoyed really enjoyed himself. I am so grateful to Longcroft for the care he was given and the next time I go away, without a doubt he will be going to Longcroft.

A small, family-run cattery that really do take care of your cats! I was nervous about leaving my cat Dizzy as she had never been to a cattery before and is an indoor cat, but she clearly settled in after the first few days. The regular photo updates are lovely and reassuring, and the little gift bag at the end with toys and treats is a lovely touch.

We placed our two beautiful cats with Robbie for a week whilst we were away. We were nervous about leaving them but right from the first communication with Robbie we knew they would be well looked after. We received updates regularly along with pictures which reassured us and when we collected Max and Calina yesterday they were clearly happy and settled. This is the first time that we have come back from holiday without the worry of the cats being stressed - they were so relaxed and happy. They also came home with some treats and a wand which they have been going crazy for! We will not hesitate to use Longcroft in Norbury again - and from me that is high praise! Thanks Robbie for looking after our fur babies !

It was the first time we were leaving our cats in a cattery so felt very wary. Robbie quickly assured us they would be very comfortable and enjoy their stay at Longcroft Norbury in an extra large suite. We received regular updates on their stay including pictures which soon put our minds at ease. Both cats clearly enjoyed their holiday and looked really relaxed when we collected them. We will be definitely be checking them in again, confident that the cats will enjoy their own luxury break. Thanks again for the bag of treats and looking after them so well.

I was incredibly nervous leaving Coco in a cattery for the first time but I had absolutely no need to worry. Robbie made sure she had plenty of fusses and cuddles and provided me with daily updates and photos. She even came away with a little gift bag containing some new toys and treats. She was incredibly relaxed on the journey home and has settled straight back in - she was clearly very happy. She’ll be looking forward to her next stay and I’m so relieved I have found a cattery I can trust and know will treat her just as much as I do.

We needed accommodation for our 8 month old kitten, Minty, at quite short notice, for a long weekend. Longcroft Norbury were able to accommodate, and Robbie was so polite and helpful from the start. We were nervous about leaving Minty in the hotel as it was her first time away and she's a little timid, but we really needn't have been. The care and attention even before she arrived, and the daily updates detailed emails and many pictures! from Robbie on how she was doing really put us at ease. She looked like she had a great time, and we didn't need to worry about her at all for the whole weekend. She came back relaxed, happy and smelling lovely too am sure she probably wanted to stay longer. She left with a little goodie bag including a feather wand that's now one of her favourite toys. We wouldn't hesitate to check Minty into Longcroft again the next time we need to, or recommend it to others. Thanks Robbie!
