There is always an incident with their cables in the area or network every couple of months and we’re switched off for days at a time. They continuously come with poor excuses and can never solve a problem correctly - in fact it takes them more than 3/4 attempts at a time to get it right. Rather find a different fiber provider to use than Kiklo!
This is the worst internet supplier.Terrible terrible service, there’s only 1 person taking any technical issues. Do not even consider them. I haven’t had internet for more than 7 days and all they do is give excuses and this is after I have logged a ticket.
Excellent service provider and the best ISP I have dealt with thus far. Applied and within a day they had my line up and running. Bongani from Kiklo is also one of the most helpful consultants ever seen in any company. 10/10 for the service supplied by Kiklo.
Great customer service. Inconsistent but they generally get the job done and answer questions well and swiftly however their Internet strength and stability in my area is so poor and inconsistent. We find ourselves getting their alerts that network is slow in the area that day almost every two months and if not that, we're contacting them to ask why the signal is so slow.
The network has been down the entire day. No communication was sent out. When I call their offices I was told that the network is down in certain parts and they don't know when it will be up and running. This is a great inconvinience.
Sadly I will never subscribe to Kiklo again. We moved to a new premises after, being with them for 3 years, and were told it would cost R2850 to get our Fibre up and running. Once I told them I would rather find someone else, suddenly they said they could do everything for free. Quick way to try and get extra money. Also gave 1 months notice, should they be unable to renew my contract. They still deducted the last month after we had moved. Not how you would treat your customers.
Horrible service from agent named Bongani, all they care about is making money and don’t care about their clients. If I could give it zero stars I would. In addition to the above, they promised to send someone else to assist then ghosted me. This is really worst service I have ever received in my life. I really can't wait till my contract is done so I can cancel and free myself from this hell. Worst service provider ever
Afterhours and weekend support are very efficient and friendly. They go out of their way to assist and try resolve the problem.
I want to thoroughly praise Kiklo, and in specific Simone Gething, for their consistently stellar performance. Kiklo have an amazing communication with their clients and it is so noticeable and very appreciated. I want to particularly highlight Simone Gething, who is knowledgeable, compassionate and consistent and ordered in how she follows up for her clients. I thoroughly enjoy dealing with Kiklo and Simone, and I know that I will always be speaking to someone on top of things, with the latest feedback for clients.
Most amazing customer service experience. Staff helpful and understanding. My mom recently passed away. Kiklo went above and beyond. So prompt In calling me . Will definitely recommend there service.
