I usually don’t write negative reviews, unless the service is really horrendous. So this practice does debt recovery on a no-win, no fee basis. I approached them with two matters many weeks ago. After the law firm spoke to the CEO of a company that owes us money, the law firm decided not to proceed on the no-won no fee basis. That was okay but, despite acknowledging we have an enforceable agreement, their feedback, advice and service was absolutely terrible. It was like drawing blood from a stone...and it took nearly three weeks to get a simple response. Relating to the other matter, it’s been more than three weeks now, and we still have been properly advised and several telephonic commitments to get back to me in writing, was not kept. From my perspective, if you provide a professional service, the very least you can, is keep to your commitments. The advice aside which was woeful this company fails to get the basics right. I’ve moved on.
