I have been buying from the store for as long as I can remember. I bought 2 dog leashes yesterday and asked if they could be made bigger, to which I got a yes answer. I got home and it was done on the biggest, then I called to ask if I could take it back. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and said I could bring it back, and I then arranged for the day after. Today I drove all the way back only to be greeted unfazed. I then went out with the old tires. I am incredibly disappointed and will not shop there again.
