Clinic is very organized directing visitors as they should be. Also once line is organized, they call people in sections which gives everyone a sense of calmness. The staff are very informative and will also pass by reassuring us that we would be helped. They are sensitive to peoples time and share important information early as entering. I am pleased with my first visit and certainly commend Kings Way clinic for their order in light of the Covid 19 pandemic.
Seriously! I am in pain, i need to have a tooth removed. No other dentists is open this time so i drove there. Where is the clinic!? Its a house, no signs or any info!? So i drove away. Cant even find a phone number for them, there is one number but does not work! Pathetic! I will rather sit with the pain untill Monday and find someone who wants to help.
I had such a terrible experience with the one clerk who was so rude! Some senior nurse was also very rude I had to beg them to assist my child only because I'm all the way from Van Dyk park : just pathetic service really. Really sad what people who use public services have to go through.
