What awesome service from Kingsway Music - indeed a fantastic organisation to do business with. I called day 1 with my requirements and by day 3 my transaction was complete. Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. Mitchell & his dedicated team are really well informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly should you be looking for musical instruments, sound and media solutions. Congratulations Kingsway Music on the great work so far, and best of luck for what is yet to come.
Mitchell, the Owner, said he would sell me a Tama drum set and that he would give me 'first rights to refusal' however when it came to closing the deal he was illusive and starting acting like a charlaton. Kept me on the hook for more than two days with excuses while, I presume he was actually waiting for a better offer. After wasted time and phone calls it was clear that this Owner has no integrity ! I am happy to post the conversation here if he tries to get out of this matter
Absolutely blown away by there service and pricing. Friendly and knowledgeable staff without any pressure for sales. They fully understood what I required and advised me accordingly. I've been to many mega instruments retail stores in SA... But this is the first store to have made me feel like family. Kingsway Music is Highly Recommended and although its small store, they have a big heart.
Very poor service from Kingsway Music Store recently in dealing with them. Rather go to Paul Bothners !
