I’m staying here for two weeks and over the 3 days I’ve already spent I’ve been faced with great service and the most polite and friendly staff. The prices are also affordable and reasonable and it’s walking distance to the CBD and local shops.Rooms: 5/5

I've ordered chips and they took forever to get them done and I ended up getting my money back,but tha Indians who came after me got their order first which is wrong.
Came the in Petermaritzburg for an interview around April 2019. The worst decision of my life. Arrived 5 am on Friday nd made reservations the previous night nd explained my case that i needed a day rest. Horrible experience there was a tarven the sample floor were i was sleeping.. They played loud music nd people were running in the corridors screaming . I could barely sleep.. 10 o'clock they wanted me out. Even after arranging with the manager .
The staff are very friendly. However, I think working on cleanliness should be a priority. This place is in serious need of a face-lift.
