Worked for them in September, should've been paid in October. We waited until end of December to be told that we're only getting 30%. How can something like this happen in this country because they have been paid by G4S.. Work for this company at your own risk..
Fantastic company to work for with a variety of work available! Mr Kamran - Managing Director is a great individual to work for and also a great role model. Never had any issues with being paid on time, if anything, I was paid before my actual pay day.
Please do not join this poorly run company as a security officer. The pay is very poor for London, and you get paid whenever they feel like paying you. You can't rely on the pay date you're told. I found out from the site I am working with how much they pay these guys, compared to how much they pay me and it's nearly £6/hr commission. I witnessed at first hand that an employee on a site went home because they had finished their shift, and some KK employee rung them and demanded them to go back to site to complete another shift, because they're lacking officers. One of their employees thinks it's acceptable to ring you every single day at 06:00 to ask if you're going to work, although you've been going to the same site for 8 months! Please DO NOT join this company!
They came from nowhere and now they are everywhere. i used their service at Christmas Even and then my sister used called them in Leeds. Both time we called them at the last minute and they provided professional security, very quick, efficient, professional and affordable prices. Well done KK Security.
