Klinicare Bluewater Bay

One of my most favourite places to visit in Bluewater Bay. Morne, Sister Marie and their team are exceptional people. We have been living in Bluewater since 2007, visiting the pharmacy regularly, the service level has always been the same - Good Service. I will continue supporting our local pharmacy as long as I live in Bluewater Bay.

The Pharmacist Morné and his staff takes good care of you. Always giving the best advice and making time to have a quick chat. The staff is absolutely fantastic, friendly and always helpful!

I have been a resident of Bluewater bay for the past 25 years and I had a personal relationship with Klinicare in Bluewater bay and would even insist to any doctor that I only want my scripts to be send to them. It is so unfortunate to say that the service at this pharmacy has plummeted drastically. The worst thing is that the Klinicare in Bluewater bay has not even bothered to update their information on Google which includes their fax number. My scripts have been sent to the old fax number and even the new fax which I had to call personally. When I arrived at the pharmacy the script could not be found - even though the doctor's receptionist had sent it 3 times. I will never step foot at the Klinicare in Bluewater Bay ever again. I am willing to travel outside Bluewater bay in order to get my medicine. The staff in past use to be so friendly, accommodative and the manager himself Morne Sabbert was such a wonderful person to be served by. Since the pharmacy relocated from its previous location by SuperSpar the service has been horrendous. I have had numerous occasion, as recent as yesterday were the service of the pharmacist assistant was so bad and so extremely unkind. It is such a shame because for me this as resulted in not wanting to be served by any Klinicare Pharmacy. The brand has been tarnished from my experience because of the some the staff members who have been utterly unprofessional. Sad regards Vuyolwethu Pam Ndabambi

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Quick and great service. Good stock, not only prescribed things but lots of vitamins and lotions and accessories you want from a pharmacy

I had the worst experience and will not be returning. Sort your staff out and get people behind the counters that want to assist customers and doesn't base assistance on the colour of your skin. This is uncalled for in this day and age. Extremely upset...
