They have nice thinking's but price to much
If I could give zero stars... I would. The service there stinks. Prisoners are probably treated better in jail. When I told them I would be reviewing their service. They called an Anna lady to try and defuse the situation and dissuade me from my pending review. She tried but I guess she lacked rhe wherewithal. The young fellow in the stihl hat. Probably thinks Indians are stupid. Worst service I've ever received

For Excellent back up out of warranty repairs on Lawnstar products.
Called to find out what their best and biggest Electric Lawnmower is. Was given a price of R 6 200.00 which I was going to pay. When inquiring about what its warranty was I was told "tot hy breek" till it breaks. After asking a bit more I was told I will know in its first 3 weeks if there is a Factory Fault and then that the warranty is 6 months. The lady on the phone was so unfriendly and rude I told her that I will take my business elsewhere. She then said "Ag baie dankie" Ah thank you very much.
Repairs to lawnmower done quickly, but a new fault on first use after we collected it.
Good workmanship, but, they do additional repairs without customer consent. Make sure to specify only what needs to be done and agree before leaving.
V poor service wrt generater. The last time they serviced it they didn't tighten the alternator. Now they say it was loose and damaged the crankshaft!!!! V poor quality service!!!
