I came to put 2 new tyres on my vehicle yesterday and the guy scratched both my rims being in a hurry as I was the last customer. I already paid R2600 for the tyres and R150 to put on the 2 new tyres. I now have to respray my rims and my balance weights fell off the tyres that were done! I am very disgusted as the manager just said, "oh well, you brought the car at own risk." Even if it is so, you should atleast say something to the emplyee or offer some sort of compensation for the damage done! Then the employee still has the audacity to say, it's the old tyres that made the damage when he removed it! How the hell can the tyres make the damage??? It is the machines/tools that have damaged the rim as I was watching him. Keep in mind that these rims I bought 2 weeks ago with no scratches on as I had refurbished them immediately after purchasing!

This is my favorite place, wow the guys are super helpful it doesn't matter if you are late or a difficult job on your vehicle, they will sort it, the manager rocks with his team, I recommend them, go see for yourself
