Kotwals Motor Spares Vereeniging

I called to enquire about the spares and the 2 guys I spoke with at the spares were very rude. The first guy was shouting at me and dropped the call. The 2nd guy answered the phone I tried giving him the engine number he just told me to come to th shop and dropped the phone. Please educate your people on customer service and the reason why your shop allows customers to call in for spares

Excellent customer care and service, right place to go to for every spare parts.

Place gets pretty full on weekends so prepare to wait 20mins and more.. The guys are quite efficient and use s database to check for correct parts, but you do need to provide the correct information.. I got what I needed one time which was awesome..

Uncle Babu...always so loving for many years. I've been going to kotwals vereeniging since I was a laiti , and uncle Babu has always been there. I appreciate his jokes a lot , he always has a story to tell and pranks to pull, like this one time he told a customer to go to office no 4 at the police station to get their parts and they unknowingly went to the police station to look for their parts there at office no 4....hahaha imagine the police's faces when they were asked where is the car parts collection office.... I am a long time customer of Kotwals motor spares, started in vereeniging then moved to kemptonpark now I'm in de deur still buying my parts from kotwals motor spares. We are saddened by the looting of Kotwals Sebokeng , now sebokeng is Kotwals Motorsparesless and its a tragedy of a great magnitude. Keep it up Kotwals team , you guys are the best wherever you operate and we appreciate you Uncle Babu is probably 100 years old now hahaha. What a great man he is. God bless

Poor customer service. I had to have the same part changed three times cos they kept giving me the wrong one even when they had a sample in hand three trips. What a waste of petrol
