The worst service ever!!! The worst part is; they are not apologetic about it even Directory level. The best line i heard today is; a director telling me that; Kramer Weihmann is not representing the HEIRS but the "THE ESTSTE". apart from their famous line; everytime I ask, when will the matter be resolved/ settled? The answer is " I don't know". If the attorneys don't know; who's supposed to know? THE WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE WAS TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY HANDLE MY MOTHER'S ESTATE. Maybe if I was white they would be representing me not estate or I'd be serviced better. I speak but I'm not heard. I wasted 30min of my time; trying to have a meaningful discussion with a Director that spoke over me and didn't listen as he came with a concluded mind to the table and had already picked to side with DEA that's handling the file. Horrible attorneys still have no title deed for a property bought in 2018.

Worst service ever received, please don’t ever use them for an estate, almost 3 years and still not finished, must do the rest on my own now after I have done all the other work!

I am so disappointed... I highly recommended them 3yrs ago, but yah I have to withdraw that. They seemed so professional especially after my eviction case that went so well. But now I'm struggling to get my money from the sale of my property since 2019. They avoid my calls and cancel my appointments. Disappointed really.
