I've never had to wait this long in a queue, not even at Shoprite on it's busiest days. It literally took me 6 hours to renew my driver's license. I don't know how they expect 50+ people to be assisted by one cashier. There's really a lot to complain about
They are very quick with the drivers license renewal. Half hour too do and get a temporary one. 6 to 8 weeks later, half hour for collection.

Very rude staff. Not informative at all. Needs management to focus on educating the staff that this is a public service and most people have been sitting outside from 5am just to get helped. Sadly its probably the better of the services in govern mbeki which is not saying much. Come early if you expect to be helped in any way. If you are late you will be ignored.
The telephone of this place is constantly busy at all times!
