Kuehne and Nagel

I have been trying to get my shipment delivered since the 23 November and still no joy! No one responds to emails, I constantly have to chase up on them. Does management care that their staff are slack and non productive? Do they even care about their existing customers?

I was looking to develop a long term relationship with K+N to import FCL's regularly, and their service was good, until it wasn't. They have been unable to ship my cargo from the Netherlands for 7 weeks, and cannot provide a reason for the delay or a plan of action. When escalating the issue to the Seafreight manager, I received several promises to follow up which never materialised. Its a shame, but I will have to take my business elsewhere and cannot recoomend K+N South Africa for Sea freight.

I have a long relationship with K+N and they have good service and probably the best online booking and quoting system of all freight forwarders. I'll use the if nothing but for their online system!
