The staff need to be trained how to set up rooms when bookings are confirmed. Two people booked, one set of towels are set out. Coffee and milk should be set out at the coffee station. Fans should be in the room. We were supplied with everything on request, but it would have been so much better if it was in place. The receptionist should go on an accounting course to recon payments to bookings. Besides no hot water on day two to shower, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful in rectifying "issues".

This place has always been the best for me, Visited the place for the third time and I was blown away, Phakiso made sure we stay at the presidential suite even though we didn’t pay for it I love you’ll guys so so much.. Phakiso went over board to assist and make our stay fabulous.. definitely recommend this place.. I visited this place last year around October, the rooms was clean, staff well trained for excellent service. They even borrowed guests music, I'm definitely coming back this year Rooms: 5/5

1st thing when I get to the lodge I was requested to pay for my child or extra bed. The TV was not working No doom for mosquitos and it was extremely hot on congested room No farn Tea station was only for 2 people even though I stated on the booking that we were 3, I had to check out the following day instead of me staying for 2 nights

I went there with a group of friends, we stayed there for 2 nights. People who work there were friendly and they made sure we enjoy our stay. Us as group of friends, we payed for a Chalet that has STOVE, they called me 3 hours before our arrival that the stoves are not working. Another thing is, we payed for breakfast, but due to "stoves" that are not working, they were unable to make US breakfast and they said they'll repay Us money for breakfast. Every time when we call and ask them of our refund they say " manager is still investigating our case" and they ask for my personal details, including my account number. Till today we haven't got our refund and it's been 8 months

The place is clean, staff is friendly. We enjoyed our stay there. They just need to improve on their client services. Guests shouldn't be asking for utensils which are supposed to be placed in the rooms.

The plan is very nice can't lie on that part.. But the massage was bad. They didn't have slippers, hair band, hot stone, the gown were just coming out of the plastic no snacks or welcome drinks and we paid lot of money, we did not even have the right size for the gown . But the place was amazing,

The place was clean, but needs some serious maintenance. R750 for one night was not worth it. The shower did not have a door on it- which caused the whole bathroom to be under water also because the supposed shower head sprays out more on the sides than through the head itself and slippery, it was a high safety risk for me since i had a knee operation not long ago of which i did inform them of. That is also after i had to switch rooms with my parentsluckily we booked at the same place, rooms next to each other because the room i initially booked, did not have a shower anymore- the base was still there with a hole in the wall where the head used to be.. specifically asked for a shower due to my physical disabilities. I honestly can not recomend this place to anyone with a good heart. Even tho Mpho did run around to sort out other issues that arrised also, and he did it with a smile.
