Kwik Pick Supermarket And Bakery

I was interrogated by the perishables Manager named Cedric when I exchanged pork sausages that was bad. Arguing and telling me about the break in cold chain; that he will not be doing such an exchange again and that I have to take the loss next time. I didn't want the money back, I just wanted a fresh pack. I will never again spend my hard earned cash at this store after being so insulted.

Sometimes you stand for hours in rows while the employees talk to each other and not even paying attention to customers shopping there yes i have seen great service there too but mostly bad service

Enough space for most requirements but the surroundings not in good condition.

Reasonably good but were out of stock on some items

It's a big place but quiet a good place to shop when you need the quietness

Good service,huge place with very good prices and specials for smart shopper cardholder.

Today of all days was a bad one, Their entire system went offline and they where unable to get codes for all the specials to enter them manually. This disaster went on to the point that we waited 3 hours in line. Many people started to leave because it was such a bad experience. Many of the people didn't get the specials as advertised and many was unable to shop because of this technical problem that forced everyone to pay cash when and if they got to a till. I cannot recommend this store at all. Stay away...
