If you are looking for products that are expired for over 6 months then please visit Erasmia kwikspar. They are expert when it comes to expiry dates. In their freezers you'll find spring roll sheets that were manufactured in Jan 2021 and have expired in August 2022!!! Today is the 11th of feb 2023!!! This is a serious health issue. Do you plan on killing us? Showed the worker this and he said "okay, are you still going to take it or should i take it back". Wonder where kwikspar hire their employees from? Do they just pick up random guys from the street?

WHY IS THIS THE ONLY SPAR IN THE WHOLE OF PRETORIA THAT STOCKS THE SPAR ESL MILK 50% OF THE TIME? IT'S A MYSTERY TO ME. . . ? You can go to any other Spar anywhere, and they will always have massive stock.

I just had the best experience with a till/cashier lady BRENDA. She was super professional, experienced and helpful. I freaked out when I was about to pay and realised that my wallet was missing from my bag. She calmed me down and assured me that I'll have the options to pay. She went as far as helping me find a virtual card on my bank app and when that didn't work guided me how to send myself money at the till. All along with a helpful and reassuring smile and attitude and great patience. What could have been the stressful and unpleasant event ended up being a pleasant and helpful learning experience. KwikSpar Erasmia are very fortunate to have her as an employee. I am definitely going to do my groceries more often there from now on.

Safe secure area/ parking. Multiple shops and bakery. Checkout lines are slow. Stupid security check at exit! Arrogant management!

Witnessed an old lady waiting for manager on 3 occasssòn for over half an hour. At the same time preferential treatment given to others. Good service by some tellers.

Was really disappointed by the service from the bakery staff. I wanted to order a custom cake and I called to find out the availability for someone who I could speak to, we agreed on a time to meet but when I got to the store he was not there. When I called him, he said he had something else to do When I tried confirming the cake over whatsapp, I didn't get any response.

You really need to work on your pricing and what you advertise. You write a price on the stands but when we go to till it's different. At many occasions this happened with us. Just fed up with your management. Everytime I have had this issue and all your people say is sorry. Have a competent manager who can handle a store.
