They only delay and make excuses , as a member of the Profession this is so very unacceptable. If this is how members are dealt with, I fear for the Public.

Your staff member had an attitude they had poker face  teach them to smile  and do their work with passion

They don't pick up the phone at all, tried more than 20 times, still no answer. Had to go physically to the place.

very slow to respond had to call after sending 3 emails there was no apology

Poor service. They don't pick up calls
