Bad service and not the first time experiencing it. The salesmen don't help you at all. I asked for help with finding a specific size and they told me to look on the shelf & dismissively walked away without even trying to assist. I was ready to buy multiple items that day but i left and went next door to the Armani store where they go over and above,the contrast in service was astonishing. I will not be supporting this store again!

Bad service experienced today. No help offered. The guy literally left me standing ,to chat with his friends. Communication is important.

I’m not happy with the service that the manager Azeem Naby gave me he was supposed to call me for the shoes i payed for 2 weeks ago and he didn’t even call me to update me about my order. When i called to check on my order he just laughed and said I should come for my refund. This totally unacceptable please guys give proper service to all customers.

Absolutely shocking experience from the staff, I had my 1 year old baby sitting in the trolley, after entering the store, the salesman asked me to leave my trolley at the entrance, I told him that my baby is inside and he asked me to then leave my baby in the trolley and leave him at the entrance, I went in to buy an outfit for him for his birthday tomorrow. I will never support a store like that again.

Service was good but I didn't find what I was looking for

It a place for the family to shop sport and casual wear

Although I purchased a product, there was no initiative from staff to offer assistance. Kuk service. Hopefully this will improve the next time I visit

My experience wasn't too great, the stuff was busy helping everyone else but me.

Staff is very friendly and Professionally I was served by the lady her name.is GUGU

Staff is useless ,when asked for a certain size, they look confused ,althought at times theres like 6 guys working in that tiny store
