Lady Jane Boot Camp is a fun, outdoor alternative to exercise for women looking to change the way they look and feel in an exciting and social environment.
Who can join Lady Jane Boot Camp?
Absolutely anyone! You don't need to have an existing level of fitness, strength or endurance. Nor do you need to be slim or athletic. If you're a younger lady, girls above the age of 12 are more then welcome to attend.
All you need is the will to better your lifestyle, self confidence and the drive to become the person you always dreamed of being.

What can ladies expect at any given session?
-Every day is entirely different making it fun and exciting
- You can expect short runs and sprints, resistance training, body weight training, skipping, jumping, timed drills and various exercise 'stations'.
- Motivation and camaraderie from new friends who are all there with the same goals and sense of drive
Time slots and Venue:
Lady Jane Boot Camp launched at Cambridge Academy on the 30th of September 2013.
If you join up, you have the option of training from Monday to Friday at 5am, 7:30am and 5pm.
There are no binding contracts and you only sign up for one month at a time.
