Neat and tidy looking school, with most of the children behaving themselves within the grounds during school hours. I was rather disgusted with the low conduct maintained by a duo of yobbosprobably considering themselves "rebels without a cause" who had ventured outside the grounds and were engaging in the usual "transgressive" behaviournamely, smoking, releasing streams of urine into the air, wearing sneakers, and sticking their tongues out at passers-by, all while still partly in uniform. These two will probably be demonstrating their "repertoire" at some high school next year, and will eventually find out at the end of their school life that they have wasted a decade of their lives to no avail. The school should have identified these characters by this time and tried to sort them out. We cannot afford to let members of the younger generation rot.
