I m glad my Son was accepted at Laerskool Birchleigh for grade 1 in 2018, Black people kids are being rejected left, right and centre at this school. we leave and own a property 1.4 KM close to this school and applied 15 minutes GDE system was online and still told no space for my son and I must go to school close to me. My son meet all the criteria to be at this school and I just don't know why so much hatred towards black people by some white people at this school. Its just a matter of time this school managed by "black people haters" start making racism headlines. Every time I was there to query progress on my son's application a fellow black person that walks in is told "your application is unsuccessful" its even worse if applying for any grade that its applications are not done on an online system monitored by government. I have a feeling my Son would have been victimized for being a black person at this school and his confidence would have been destroyed.
This is a very good school and they got me till grade 7 and the teachers is so amazing
That school learns you alot but look out for the brats at the school
