Lake Side Mall(benoni) Edgars

Great shop , but last week I met a cashier with an attitude, the shop is great but she must have love for her job and learn to differentiate between addressing her kids and clients. About the shop and other workers they were great

We made a laybe 2 weeks back when you come to collect your laybe you spent more than 3 hours after that your laybe is no where to be found , poor customer service

We were assisted by a lady in the suit section - wow such awesome friendliness and great service in general unfortunately did not catch her name - She would get a 5 .... my normal shopping experience rating is a 3 - service is grumpy and just generally poor

I went to open an account here and it was the worst service I have ever had , there was a young woman that lied and tried to cheat me into taking the most expensive 'club' options so that she can earn more commission , which I feel is no way clients should be treated I got so frustrated with her changing my benefits as soon as she sees that I am not interested in the additional options that she was forcing down throat eventually when my account was approved they kept bothering me on my cellphone the whole weekend asking me to come to the shop sign the paper work to activate my account I was really uncomfortable with this and even the manager couldn't leave me alone the whole Saturday , I then called another Edgars branch and asked if it would be possible if I can activate my account there the said 'yes' and I drove a bit further but I honestly did not want to give that lady at Lakeside Mall any business. I canceled everything and I am no longer interested in opening a account there the services was terrible and everyone is negative and unprofessional it gave me a bad energy I wish I can remember the 3 ladies names that was making everything unpleasant. Edgars Lakeside Mall I really hope you have a idea who the people is I am talking about because I am sure I am not the only person complaining Edgars Lakeside Mall you guys should do a better job when screening your employees this was honestly the worst service and shop experience I have ever had and I am sure this will stay my worst experience forever. I wish Google had a zero star option.

Edgars is somehow just not the same so boring at all cost and I see business is just going down

Well stoked with beautiful collections and the staff are friendly and professional.

The cashiers are so rude!!They have a nasty attitude .When I wanted to ask for help ,none of the staff were willing to help.This was my worst experience..

Was buying a baby shower present and there where now present wraps and the cashiers were not friendly when I asked for gift wrap.

Horrible service, staff did not want to assist or want to open fitting rooms. Will never go back, going to Edgars East Rand. Do not waste your time going here!!! Goodbye bye foreva!!! Pathetic
