Horrible rooms... The room are spacious but very stuffy. The ceiling is lower than usual, which feels like one is trapped. The bathroom is worse, there was mould on the ceiling. It was just disgusting. We only slept there because we got there around the early hours in the morning, otherwise first thing we knew is that we were not going to sleep another night there.

There is a guy call Cedric there, very hospitable and he is very helpful. The room was air conditioned, fridge working well, water available. Location is close to Savannah and Mall of the North. Will consider it next timeRooms: 5/5

No pool, laundry service no Wi-Fiwe had to use our on also for room service we have to Walk to reception or use our own airtime as listed pools are not working the supervisor was very rude to me when we complained he said we must go else we're in business the approach was bad he could used a good manner he must try to be patient with clients that approach broke my heart

The room had dust, the aircon wasn't functioning well. The bed is too old, sheets not smelling well. I will never return or recommend that placeRooms: 1/5

Place is neat. But when it rained during the night the whole floor was pool of water via the ceiling. And our shoes got wet.

Cedric, the person who attended to us was so amazing in doing his job and offered suggestions that were very helpful. He makes sure that the guests have no reason to complain that he can help with.Rooms: 3/5

We froze the whole night cos we couldn't find the remote to the aircon. The TV remote was also MIA. The wardrobe is flimsy. The white couch looks very good but is oh so uncomfortable to actually sit on!!! Nevertheless the security was very helpful, room was clean, the place looks lovely.

Clean rooms but not happy with Covid protocols. A listening manager, there was noisy party. Just one phone call we slept peacefully.

It was an amazing nyt to me and my husband we truely enjoyed ourselves and the receptionist guy was so friendly and his service was very good we truely thank you ppl for a wonderful service not forgetting the house keepers they are doing a very good job keep it up guys ur place is nice and neat......thx once more......yours neo monareng
