Terrible, unprofessional service! Landes has gone down so much over the years. They are conveniently situated in the mall but that's about it. All the good ladies have left, and the new crowd has no customer service and time management experience. They wasted so much of my time in one day and I never got helped, they also announce the treatments you are coming for loudly which I think other places are more conservative about. Definitely not going back after being a loyal client for years. Also don't bother making appointments because they never stick to time and you end up wasting yours.
Very professional. The lady that did my nails was very educated. She educated me on my nails as well. Gave me tips on my eyebrows that I had waxed and tinted. They also had a special on the tint and wax. Ill definitely go back again
Would not recommend Landes, I have used them many times HOPING that the service and treatments will get better, but nope. I rather pay extra and drive to another Salon. They need customer service training and beauticians are not qualified. Once that gets better, I might come back.
Good day,im not one to complain but i will never go back or recommend anyone to landes. So i walked in to your branch in westgate mall and the lady at the till and 1 of the beautician’s are having a conversation and laughing doesn't greet or acknowledge me at all but carry on ,after they done i ask the lady if there is a chance for a brow ,lip wax and a tint she looks at me and says is there anyone to look after your child im like no she came with me . Straight to the point she says then we cant do anything for you. My daughter is 6years old , i mean does she look like a child that will make a noise and run up and dowm. Oh well she they ignored me when i said so you wont be able to help me . Pathetic service landes will loose alot more customers!!!!!!!!
I have my nails done by Lesley. I am always 100% satisfied and i have become more daring. 10/10 conversation, 10/10 relaxation, 10/10 execution. My nails are neat and last up to a month!Service: Manicure

Azile is my nail tech very friendly very good and all of them are very welcoming actually. Covid-19 standard very good im complying
