Utterly shocked. My mom is 87 years old has pnenemia and had a heart attack...she must do blood tests and it must be repeated. Dr marked it as urgent. The room is full of patients and they are not helping the pensioner first....even though her ytest also says ugent. paper is marked urgent. I went to ask reception if they can help her first and they said no not at all.

worst. Waiting for more then 2 days just for a result. Closed on a Saturday. Had to wait till Monday.

The nurses were soo nice but the white reception lady was very rude. From greeting you in Afrikaans to being impatient when asking questions.

The Afrikaans speaking receptionist had a bad attitude. Gives first bad impression of the place even though the company does a very good job.

Excellent, professional laboratory for blood tests, you normally have to get a letter from the referring doctor first. They also have a cheaper price for cash.
