Avoid this company due to their poor manner with customers. Supplied 2 years of stock with 10 months on the expiry date. I have proof of the invoice date and a picture of the expiry date. The staff including the CEO are very obnoxious with communication, and feel like they’re doing customers a favour by supplying the product. Most recently the nozzles broke off their dispenser units and they have refused to supply a replacement that I was prepared to purchase because they where offended by this post! So now I have to replace the units at my cost. 2nd update Oct 2021: Delux refuses to supply replacements nozzles for their dispensers that I was prepared to purchase. The email from Delux is below… “Due to the complaints made by your offices with regards to Deluxe Chemicals that were unfounded and untrue we will not be able to help you with your request. Kind regards, Monette O’Hara Operations Manager”

Great products but feedback service not that great ! I found communication very short and not sweat and the person did not go the extra mile as one should .... On two occasions i have emailed the companyonce via the web contact form and once directly - 1st time no reply and second time a very short communication as if i was hindering the business or process and how as Joe public can i ask for anything...Come on Management go the extra mile and smile ! Offer alternatives for Joe public to purchase items or via designated suppliers....do you want your products sold, consumed by Joe and word of mouth spread by Mary ?

I have dealt with Deluxe for 5 years now, they show professional service and products that are a step above the rest, keep it up Deluxe and staff.
