I am hugely disappointed in the service, post placing an order. Did not receive my order, and no communication. I received a polite email stating that the ETA for the product was more than a month after my order placement, and that they would refund me. At this stage, no problem, but I was willing to wait and responded as such. I never received a response, and therefore, phoned Laptop Solutions close to the ETA time, in fact after, only to be told that the shipment from the supplier didn't contain my order and that the next one was in 12 weeks. While the supplier not sending something might be out of their hands, a phone call informing me, an apology when they saw that my order wasn't going to be fulfilled, an email... SOMETHING would've been appreciated.

The store is amazing and they had stock of a battery that is very old and outdated. The staff were friendly and concise. However the technician from Diaspo Networks that worked on my laptop did a very unsatisfactory job: he stole my newly purchased 8Gb RAM, damaged my WiFi cable and said that that was the reason my motherboard shorted out and he broke the clips that keep my screen together. When I confronted him and said that you can't just damage someone's property and not take responsibility for it, he got aggressive with me. I hope they don't recommend him for future clients.

Wow... Great Service. Was in an out in 10 minutes looking for an HP replacement battery. Shockingly they even keep both original and generic. Original has better warranty. I cannot believe how efficient they were after being sent on a wild goose chase by HP exclusive store. Their Number 1 recommendation doesn't even keep all HP accessories. Keep It Up guys

Purchased a replacement screen for my HP350 online. I was pleasantly surprised at their willingness to make sure it was the correct screen. Communication was good over whatsapp and delivery took 2 business days which is normal. Overall, a good shopping experience.

Laptop Solutions was great. Got a key board, nobody else could supply.
