We sent in 4 blankets to be washed, washing returned without the blankets and they have no idea where the blankets ended up and we’ve not even had a phone call from the owner!!!
Have never had a problem. Clothes always ready as promised and done neatly and professionally.
5 kg minimum which is a bit cheeky, and they very expensive my load was only 3.5 kg and I had to pay R 115.00 .
If zero out of 5 was a possibility, that would be my rating. Terrible service, the owner is arrogant and rude, not worth using them.
