One of the best car service processes I have been through. 1. The covid protocols were impeccable 2. The entire team were friendly and helpful throughout the entire journey. 3. This is my first visit to Lazarus for a service on my vehicle. The booking process was easy, I was glcalled back after making an enquiry. The online booking service of Ford SA did not work. Arrived on the morning to quite a large group of vehicles waiting to be checked it. The process was a bit slow but for the number of vehicles waiting they did a good job. Service agent was polite and professional and quickly completed the paperwork and arranged for my drop off. I was very impressed with the drop off driver and enjoyed the ride.
I emailed Lazarus Mazda to get a quote on a part, I also requested a part nr so that I can compare quotes like any normal person would do. I had to request the quote two times, before someone finally replied. Not only was the reply very rude, the salesman flat-out refused to give me a part nr. So what they are basically saying is, either accept our VERY expensive quote, or you cant be certain you get the right part from someone else. Certainly if you own a vehicle that is out of manufacturer warranty, you have a right to buy parts or repair your vehicle with whom ever you see fit? Furthermore where is a customer supposed to get this information from, if not from the manufacturer that made and sold them the vehicle?
I took my vehicle to Ford Lazarus, for a service, not only did they take two days to return my vehicle but I also found my fuel to had gone missing and my door handle scratched badly upon my pickup. I raised this with my service advisor which agreed that my feul was full when I brought the car in and was used 1/3 tank when I picked up she advised that she is going to investigate this and my fuel will be reimbursed, my door handle was under investigation for more then a week as they found that on the footage when I brought the car in there was no scratches on my handle and that they will need to repair, a week later they went back on their word and told me that they will not take responsibility for this and that I need to fix my own car. Useless staff and management at this dealership. Check your car thoroughly when taking it in to this dealership and when you leave. They are so unsympathetic and have no interest in client satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and look for another dealership but not Lazarus. I will surely not return to Lazarus.
Excellent place to visit for car sales and Ford parts.the service is top and professional from the service desk to whoever that is on site.we were there 5min before closing time but was served with patience and smiles.
This complaint is regarding the Mazda section. Several weeks ago my wife and I went to Lazarus Motors to view a Mazda vehicle. Walking in we where approached by a dealer. After stating what we would like to view they informed us they don't have and the dealer turned and walked away. Ok I do admit this was about 12:30 a Saturday afternoon but still. On Friday past I contacted them to find out if they already have that vehicle, I was just informed "no they don't and haven't seen one for a while" and that was the conversation. I contacted a deferent Mazda dealership and they went looking around for me where this vehicle was for viewing and test drive. Business must be good at Lazarus that my business isn't good enough for them.
Drove to Rivonia for a meeting and when I was finished my car did not start again. I eventually Jump started the car and went to Lazarus Kia to test my car battery. I was refused. I had to make an appointment for the following day just to test a car battery. It not a complicated test. It does not take more than 5 minutes to do the test. But no they were to busy. I went to a battery centre which I should have done in the first place. Tested the battery, bought a new one. It Was not even 15 minutes and I was on my way. I have paid off my car and my service term has ended. I will take my business somewhere else. Lazarus motors Kia will never see me again.
I took my car for service, after 3 weeks my car locked its wheels and when I called Ford centurion they wer rude they said they won’t help me n and they don’t do call out. One pays a huge amount for service only to get it to break down after 3 weeks, where they changed the break pads. My experience was very bad with Ford centurion, I regret going there.
Took my Ford for a service. I am still impressed by their efficiency. I was informed all the way as the service was in progress.
I went to lazarus Centurion for a new velar. The sales person told me to apply for finance to secure the car. Finance application approved and all was well. 2 days before collection i was told the car is no longer available. The sales manager was very rude and told me that the is nothing he can do, do i expect him to build a car in the backyard. Very disgusted and disappointed.
