My daughter organized a massage for my birthday yesterday and it truly was exceptional. Everything was beautiful and serene and my therapist was friendly and attentive. Love the little shop and the beautiful garden as well. They also have a restaurant on site so next time I'll have to give it a try.

This place is an absolute gem! The massage and facial were so good I almost fell asleep. Also has the cutest, affordable shop next door. The food is also amazing! Even though I don’t live close I would travel for this experience it was so so wonderful!

Their specials are quite cheap during the week. I got a full body massage for R300. The spa is in a central location with ample parking and different facilities within the premises. I had an overall good experience except for the fact that I had to constantly ask the therapist to reduce the pressure she was applying during the massage. I will come back.

I originally has my "Mommy to be" massaged booked for Tuesday, 27/09/2022, at 3pm for my birthday. I changed my appointment to Sunday, 25/09/2022, at 1pm. Upon arriving for my appointment I was told no, my appointment was at 3pm. I explained that my original appointment was 3pm and my new appointment was 1pm. I called my husband to come and fetch me and told Le Reve I would see if I could make the 3pm slot. The lady who messed up my appointment blatantly said to the manager/ owner that she I booked 3pm. I was disgusted by the accusation. RULE NUMBER 1 OF CUSTOMER SERVICE: NEVER BLAME A CUSTOMER TO THEIR FACE I came to relax and unwind for my birthday. I cancelled my appointment and left more tense than when I arrived. The owner/ manager made no effort to rectify the situation and has she done so could have gained a customer for life. UPDATE: The owner of Le Rêve has gone above and beyond since hearing about my complaint. Thank you.

Friendly staff..helped me arrange a surprise for my friends birthday to meet her for her treatments. Great service and food.

We had the best time getting a couples treat.. full body massage, head massage, pedicure, manicure…

I try and go for a guinot hydradermie every couple of months. Every single visit is simply wonderful. The therapists are amazing. I love, love, love this place.

Very nice venue, ambience and food. However both my daughter and I have fungal infections in our nails after soaking off tips. In all the years that I’ve been doing my nails, this has never happened before. And the fact that both of us have this issue makes no sense. Please ensure that your products and equipment are sterile before use.
