Had a set appointment made for 9am for Tuesday for a full set of highlights and extra’s, on long hair. Was called to move it to 10am. Only to get there on the day and have two young girls with cuts, blows and styling shoved in before my 10am. The reply was sorry we running a bit late. A bit late ? I’m a new prospective client with my two interested daughters keen to see outcome. Totally unprofessional. Leandri started the 2nd young girls cut and blow etc at 10.30. Meaning my full service would only start at around midday. When my initial set time was for 9. Total clown show. Watch out with your time and advice here. New client blown. Three in total. Very shabby attention. Very shabby care of clients time and efforts.
Most amazing experiences always! With amazing staff who are so sweet and friendly. Fantastic welcoming feeling every time one walks through the front door.
