I worked with Shafia Stratton at this agency and could not recommend her more - she was thorough, attentive and consistent in her communication. From our first appointment, Shafia understood what I was looking for when it came to selling my home and sold my home in less than a month. What a pleasure it was working with her and her team. A 10/10 experience!

If you can avoid this agency I suggest you do. There is no professionalism at all. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned 4 months after I have moved out, and the agent I dealt with tells me it's not her problem and I must deal with the landlord. I have nothing but regret from the time I signed the lease agreement.

Overall a disappointing experience. Poor photographing of the property, not very professional kept referring to the property by the incorrect name, spelling errors in emails etc. and insisted we dropped the price when another agency found a tenant very quickly at our request price. Additionally, their management fees don't seem to be competitive as all the other agencies we contacted were willing to negotiate and Leapfrog stood firm at their higher rate.
