Legacy School of Music is the perfect place to hone your skills as a musician and/or vocalist. I've enjoyed the classes and have learned and improved so much. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, non-judgmental, professions in craft and just really great people to be around. Each classes is filled with practice, fun and laughter. And if you make mistakes and you will make mistakes : you can do so freely and just enjoy the process - I've had a lot of fun and laughter in the moments of imperfection. So if you are looking to learn about music, improve your skills and have a blast while doing it, Legacy is the place to be.
Natalie has taught me a lot in our singing lessons. She's taught me how to use my voice in a way I didn't think was possible. I've learned techniques to improve the sound of my voice and I'm very happy with the result. Apart from being a professional singing coach, Natalie's also a pleasant human being to work with. I would definitely recommend Natalie and the Legacy School of Music.
Legacy School of Music is a professional and comprehensive resource for the teaching of music. I had lessons with Kenley for acoustic guitar, but his expertise in vocals, electric and even bass opened new possibilities for me and expanded my musical horizon in fundamental ways, always integrating acoustic guitar as the centre point tying it all together. I would highly recommend Kenley as a teacher, and Legacy as a school. 5 stars.
I have made very quick progress on piano with Oswald as well as production and drums with Mike. I normally find teachers either teach a very dry "school style" or they are soulful, but they cannot really teach what they do. With those two at Legacy I finally found the right mixture, so I am growing as a musician in all ways.
As a much older student, and one with no formal music training who was largely self-taught in guitar and piano, I found the idea of going back to school to learn how to play drums from a pro very daunting indeed. But the guys at Legacy made it all very easy. I could work at my own pace, it was up to me whether I was interested in learning my instrument for a grade, or just to get to grips with it and learn some different styles and work on my technique more than just theory. The team were also really accommodating, I was easily able to get a schedule which fitted in with my own work hours, and I had a lot of fun while learning the basics and some more advanced stuff, and most importantly learning at a far greater pace than I did on my own with piano and guitar.
Natalie’s coaching gave me the time, space and tools to find my individual and vocal grounding. Her enthusiasm and belief in me gave me the confidence to pursue my passion and dream of always wanting to learn how to sing. Loving my lessons
Legacy is full of passion and love for music! Whilst currently doing vocal lessons with Natalie, my confidence has improved by more than I could imagine! Always excited for the next lesson!
