Front desk staff not at all helpful or knowledgeable

Be prepared to wait upto three hours before seeing a Paralegal.

Hi legal aid I have an issue with an attorney that doesn't want to pay up to his promises for a property I paid him for his services for. Can you assist ?I have went with the police to hand him a letter of demand from small claims court .I don't know what the outcome will be after 14 days .I have plenty of evidence stating that he will pay the levies up to date can you assist in this case

Not dislike, not impressed with the high temperature settings of the aircon, 29 degrees! Still waiting 1hr 15 min passed my appointment time given to me 2 weeks ago. Broken chair that is a safety hazard...

Typical goverment bureaucratic inefficient and pathetic customer service. Useless service, have no idea why these people are still on the payroll if they are not seeing clients. Disgraceful.
