Libu is meticulous plus has Ubuntu coupled with empathy and excellent listening skills that captures details of my matter. They tricked me into giving them my not knowing they were arranging debit check without my knowledge and debited my account...imagine a legal company scamming people, they also enrolled me into another company affiliate of theirs and charged my account again..when I call they hang up on me,I am going to get this msg across so many platforms and repeat it every day

I would like to the this opportunity and appreciate such an awesome service I received from Legalwise Randburg. Mr Danny Paulsen and Ms Masego Bloem handled my case efficiently and with such professionalism. They always update me with the case progress.  Thank you team and keep doing excellent job.

Requested assistance three weeks ago through the call centre. Spoke to Desere. Request assigned to Florida branch. Tried calling with no answer. Today, Saturday 25/11/1017. 10h00. Very poor turn around time and customer service. Think I will cancelled membership after they hopefully can assist some day.

I am a member  and my case has been forgotten about by the person handling it, don't get a friendly greeting when I walk in from reception. Got a call 6 months later to find out that the person handling my case has been on leave, and they sorry about the delay. Really wish I can get all my monthly payments back.

Was assisted by the lady, cant remember here name. She was professional and she took her time to help me and my next visit appointment with the lawyer was also fruitful. Great service indeed.
