Could be better. Had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned properly. Breakfast not great compared to other hotels in the area. Needs a bit of TLC Super friendly staff though.Rooms: 3/5

The worst hotel I have been to in my life The staff is extremely rude , especially the restaurant staff, this other lady at the cashier was shouting at the Junior staff in front of customers Don’t even waste your money on the breakfast, they have the worst breakfast buffet I have ever witnessed. I was told I can only drink one glass of juice the second one I have to pay for . The carpet in the rooms were dirty . The safe was not working Step it up ! So disappointed , won’t bother coming back ever

The Rooms are nice and clean. Was expecting a bit bigger room for the Executive room, it seems like a normal room with a bit extra space for a table. Food in the restaurant was awerage for dinner. Didn’t have breakfast.

The staff are friendly. The decor has a very calming feel. No hot water during load shedding wasn't nice but overall liked it.

I highly recommend this hotel. Hood location and view is spectacularRooms: 4/5

Frans Magama doesn't know how to talk to guests. I arrived at the dining room without shoes and didn't ask me politely. Was very rude, he just said go put on shoes. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.Rooms: 1/5

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were really clean and the bedding was clean. Really comfortable night sleep. We ordered room service and the service was friendly and quick. The only downside was the cold water in the morning. All the water from the taps was cold so cold showers it was. Still really enjoyed my stay.Rooms: 4/5

Premier Hotel Midrand is exactly what they describe it as on their website. They're a luxurious hotel that has some of the BEST staff i've ever met. They were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The rooms were clean when we arrived and were cleaned every single day before we got back. It was really lovely. The only things that i could change is the wifi - it was a little slow, the tv - the bouquet is limited and maybe to add sockets near the beds in the twin rooms. But these are really small things and i could let them slide because everything else was perfect.

The dining area is very small especially if its a large group dining all at the same time, we felt squeezedService: 3/5
