Service was appalling. Unprofessional. The owner was nonchalant about our complaint.the staff gossips about you when you there . Customers choose witch barber they prefer. I guess they are making lots of money as they are turning people away 2 hours away with 2 people sitting outside. The reception lady left and is not interested.
People spend all their time on their phones while customers wait. Thought it was a one time thing, but that was my experience the last 4 times. The Last time I waited for an hour only to find them on their phones again, went elsewhere for my 15 min haircut.
They are just trying shem They are ALL unprofessional and give atrocious customer service. Sfiso Bengu and the staff still however get the job done. That's IF they get around to helping you without excuses.
My boyfriend went there and got his haircut and it was horrible he said he’ll never go there again and he never did, today I decided to give them a chance and rushed there after work at exactly 18:00 as their website says they close at 19:00 and even though they were still open they turned me away. Chance blown I’ll never go there again. This is a disgrace to the Brand.Service: Custom cut
