An order was placed and ready for collection the next day. The staff are friendly and helpful. Got great service from them.

Great customer service! Ordered some items online and they sent the wrong ones. I contacted customer service and they sorted out the right items and immediately overnighted them. They also had the courier pick up the incorrect items. Amazing level of service, much appreciated!

Although I can understand that they are busy during these times. I have tried numerous times fo follow up on my order/s with no response  It’s annoying as I can make alternate plans

Processing of orders very slow.  Always short of stock.  Communication is poor too.

Juanita was amazingly helpful!  After phoning 5 different companies, I am sorry I did not start at Legg and Wessel!
