world leisure booked our holiday in Mauritius at sugar beach and got our entire booking wrong. Our whole party were all separated across the resort, our inclusive package was not allocated and all the kids were put into rooms by the adult only and “quiet pool”. Once they invoiced us and we paid, their service ended. Better to book it yourself.

Honestly - completely in accommodating and inconsiderate. Working with a Mauritius package the resort refused to assist us with any changes to booking when my mom went through a divorce. They refused to be considerate and had no flexibility or human compassion for an out of the ordinary request to change our booking. We asked for any easy change possible , even like moving the booking to a different resort by they point blank refused. They just stated that those are their terms and it’s either forfeit and forgo R200,000 !!! Or go to a resort with your ex-husband. With this level of inflexibility I don’t understand how they can still run a business.

We’ve arrived in Mauritius Sugar Beach and we’re booked in rooms very far apart from each other and as half board even though full board was paid. No service from this agent once payment has been received. They just don’t care!!!!!! Beware. Rather book hotel directly.

If I had to explain the level of incompetence when simply trying to give this company our hard earned money, you wouldn’t believe it.. over 2 hours across 7 phone calls over 3 days to simply get an invoice showing the correct details in order for me to pay them. This adds stress to the experience which is the exact reason we pay agents to do this as well as the reason we need these holidays. Very disappointed with our experience and hope to have our holiday the opposite of this booking experience with world leisure holidays… let’s see if the are able to complete their role. Will give feedback after the holiday which I am not looking forward too now as am on high alert for any more negligence…not to mention their business class tickets were R12000 more than what we could booked them for ourselves.

From past experience , this one of the better travel agencies! However the Mauritius rate schedule posted in August by the company was Not applicable and all rates against actual quotes are substantially higher! This I feel this is very bad for the the company, as they cannot actually apply there published rates!! Very embarrassing for me and obviously the company!!

My husband, my child and myself were all separated on our flight after the travel agent assured me she would take care of seating arrangements. On arrival at the hotel my 11 year old son's room was booked on the opposite end of the hotel, at least a 7 min walk away from our room. Travel agent didn't mention that our room was booked on the 1st floor, meaning every day 3 times a day we had to carry our pram up stairs. when I mailed to query what had happened to our booking a I got no response.

The holiday was amazing but the location is a bit scary

No one responds to calls phones just ring no answer at all

The advertised rate on their website even in the dates they advertise they always exceed the quoted rated and force the pricing up I'd rather make use of Expedia

If I could rate zero stars I would - worst experience with a tour operator I have ever had. Incredibly unhelpful. Do not recommend.
