I applied for rental and worked with the admin team for the outcome, but then got hold of Lena explained where we were at, and needed urgent help on the application feedback, and Lena was able to assist with feedback and gained approval. we appreciate her assistance and excited for our new adventure with Lencar and our new place

Incompetent, unprofessional and just want your money. Once they have your money they drop the ball completely.
They were quick to get me a tenant but dropped the ball immediately thereafter. I can best describe them as incompetent and inefficient, small as they are. They promptly forget about you as soon as they get their money
I contacted Benedict via WhatsApp to book a viewing. He was very responsive at first, but never got back to me if we could go see it. It was 13:30, so I decided to text him again if we can have a look at the place we were interested in. He says "it's fine". So this was already a problem the way he was communicating. Eventually my husband and I are at the place 17:00 for the viewing, and he is still not there and he hasn't called to say he is going to be late. we called him and he claims he was in a minor car accident and he will be with us -+ 10 to 15 mins. half an hour goes by and still nothing. we called him 3 times and he did not pick up. So we left . I would not recommend them to anyone. They are very unprofessional in there line of work.
17 years now that we have been doing business with Lencar, and still the outstanding company they have always been. Thank you for being beyond compare.
Benedict was very unprofessional. I contacted him via whatsapp regarding a property at around 11am, he replied immediately stating that he'll revert with feedback at 1pm to which I received no response at the time. At 3pm I followed up which he read the message but did not reply. The following day I called him and he said he has been busy and will get back to me. Its been over a week and I haven't had a response. I wouldn't recommend them. The are trash at communicating and the reviews on hello Peter are awful.. I would suggest reading the reviews first before proceeding with them.
A very disappointing experience, still waiting for feed back from the agent who sold the property, on how the ball was dropped and it took 3 and a half months to register a property. Th agent is not returning calls or messages, this is the service you receive from the company. Will not use them again. Be warned.
