Pain Management and rehabilitation using evidence based, individual, hands on therapy techniques and group classes are at the heart of the practice.
I have 23 years of experience as a physiotherapist since I obtained a BSc Physiotherapy degree at the University of Stellenbosch. I did the OMT 1 (Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy) course after which I was involved with student training for Stellenbosch University at Tygerberg Hospital. I did the Paediatric Neurodevelopmental Therapy Course based on the Bobath Concept (NDT). I have acquired post graduate training from local and international specialists in the field of treatment of the neck, back, shoulder, elbow, groin and ankle. Pain Management is also a keen interest of mine and I am currently following the modules of the National Pain Management Course.
