Opened laptop to replace motherboard. Faults not repaired. 5 days later and not a word back from you! And this on a laptop still under guarantee. 04/06 replacement: This is my experience with this pathetic company! Welcome to the circus. This is where we mess you around. We don't answer our phones and if you have a fault with a product we replaced we don't assist. Replacement laptop packed up 28 April, not even a month old. Cost me thousand to set up and now again to test for fault. Still not a word from this circus and even less from FNB. The Ombudsman will handle this seeing that you think people will just let you con them and walk all over them....companies like this should not be allowed to operate
