The service is very poor and they do not care about their customers hence I could not be assisted due to I was dragging my feet in the store. 7 July 2022. The security guard told me to stop dragging my feet and I will not be assisted if I drag my feet. I replied saying that the reason y I drag my feet it's because m in pain. The security replied and said I should've told him that I am in pain. I went to the pharmacist, the security and the pharmacist that is assisting me made an eye contact with the security not to help me, I acted in a good manner asking the pharmacist to assist with what I was looking for surgical Spirit and bandage, she replied saying that she doesn't have any of those products/stock.she did not bother to check if she has stock. I left the store. I was in pain because I had an operation that's why I was walking the way I did and yet I did not get assisted. How can a pharmacy not have sufficient stock on essential products. Tried to call the store but the phone kept on ringing, no one answered.
Professional healthcare services rendered by a friendly, helpful and always smiling staff. The place is neat and clean, well-stocked, air-conditioned and the atmosphere welcoming. The staff are always willing to assist and go the extra mile to ensure that your healthcare needs are provided for. The service is excellent and the product range more than sufficient to suite whatever your needs. During peak hours of lunch time and closing time, it can get busy, especially on month-ends, but there are three dedicated tills to serve patients and the queue management is good. An experience I really cherished.
